摘要 为了解决1种铍青铜簧片弹性不合格的问题,首先对其热处理工艺和检验方法进行了审查,第二以4种不同的温度进行时效工艺对比试验,以3种不同的弯曲量对簧片进行弹性检测试验,最后,经计算机对热处理试验数据进行统计分析,找出了能使其弹性最好的较佳热处理工艺参数和合理的检验弯曲量。试验结果还表明,铍青铜簧片应有较高的硬度,但弹性与硬度并不呈线性关系,这种簧片不宜以硬度检验代替弹性检验。 The heat treatment and the inspection process were investigated to solve the problem of unqualified elasticity of beryllium bonze blade springs,contrastive experiments of practical process were conducted at four different practical temperatures and spring elasticity tests were carried out at three different bending amplitudes. Then the heat treatment data were gathered and analyzed by the computer and the better heat treatment parameters and appropriate bending amplitudes to make the elasticity of those were found. The results also show that the beryllium bronze blade springs should have the characteristics of high hardness, but the elasticity is not linear with the hardness. To this spring, the hardness test should not substitute the elasticity test.
