摘要
文章研究了制造/再制造混合生产场景下的经济批量问题,建立了一个生产能力受限的制造/再制造混合批量模型,并根据问题模型的特性设计了一种启发式蚁群优化求解算法;该算法根据前一轮选择的路径调整可行解的信息素,再按转移概率选择保留路径,或启动相应的局部启发式过程来调整路径,最后编程实现了算例,验证了所提算法的有效性和效率。
This paper studies the manufacturing and remanufacturing economic lot sizing problem under the situation of hybrid production. A hybrid manufacturing and remanufacturing lot-sizing model with capacitated production is built, and a heuristic ant colony optimization algorithm is designed according to the characteristics of the said model. By this algorithm, the pheromone of feasible solutions is adjusted based on the selected paths of the last round. And the reservation paths are chosen on the transfer-probability, or adjusted through the relevant local heuristic process. The numerical examples are implemented by programming, and the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm are verified.
