摘要
通过对烟道气中典型的烟气比例量的CO2吸收的动力学研究,建立简化的吸收数学宏观模型,得出理论上的烟气的通气量、吸收所需时间(矿浆从pH=12.5到pH=8)、吸收效率、液相酸度的变化以及气体逸出情况的数据,为酸化工艺设计以及设备选型等后续设计开发提供理论依据。
In this paper, the authors built simplified model of mathematical macroscopic, through kinetics research on absorption of CO2 of proportional quantities in flue. Finally the authors got theoretical ventilation of smoke, time of absorption (pulp pH=12.5 to pH=8), efficiency of absorption, variation of liquid acidity and data of gas liberation which supported theoretical foundation to follow-up design of acidizing and selection of equipment.
