摘要
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与吸烟的关系,为临床防治提供科学依据。方法病例组选择老年男性COPD稳定期患者80例,均为吸烟者,检测血清IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP水平,根据吸烟指数不同及戒烟时间长短分组比较;健康组为门诊健康查体者30例,吸烟者与不吸烟者各15例,检测血清IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP水平并比较。结果血清IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP水平与吸烟明显相关:健康组吸烟者与不吸烟者相比,IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP水平明显增高;病例组血清IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP水平随吸烟指数的增加而增高,随戒烟时间延长而下降。结论吸烟与血清hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平有关;吸烟可能在促进COPD患者IL-6、IL-8、hs-CRP的产生、加快气道炎症的进展中起重要作用。因此,所有人群尤其是COPD患者应尽早戒烟。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and smoking in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage in order to provide a scientific basis for prevention and clinical treatment of COPD.Methods A total of 80 elderly male COPD patients in stable stage(all were smoker)were selected as case group,and further divided into subgroups:current smokers(n=34)and quitters(5-year n=30,10-year n=16)on the basis of their smoking status at time of surveying and smoking index400,400-800,800 subgroups according to smoking indexes.A total of 30 healthy subjects were selected as healthy control group,and further divided into subgroups:non-smokers and smokers(n=15 each).Serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP were detected in all groups,and their correlations with smoking were compared and analyzed.Results Levels of IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP were significantly correlated with smoking:compared with non-smokers,IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP levels of smokers were significantly higher in healthy control group;in the case group,levels of IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP were increased with increasing of smoking index and decreased in proportion to prolonged time to quit smoking.Conclusions Smoking concerns deeply levels of IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP.Smoking might play an important role for promoting production of IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP and speed up progress of airway inflammation.Therefore,smokers,especially COPD patients,should be encouraged to stop smoking as early as possible.
