摘要
为了实现大型空压机组的全自动化控制和节能经济运行,提出了一种应用PLC控制器、变频器和触摸屏技术改造原电气控制系统的设计方案。系统中PLC采用Profibus-DP现场总线进行通信,可以控制变频器的启停、给定参考速度,并可以实时读取变频器的主要运行参数;同时,通过模拟量闭环的模糊PID调节出气压力,可实现空压机的恒压供气。实际运行表明,该系统的可靠性高、稳定性好,大大提高了空压机组的自动化水平和出气压力控制精度,达到了机组节能降耗的要求。
To realize automatic control and energy saving operation for large-scaled air compressor unit, the design strategy to retrofit existing electric control system by adopting PLC, inverter and touch screen is proposed. Through Profibus-DP field bus communication, the PLC of the system can control startup, showdown, and reference speed settings of inverter; and read the main operation parameters of inverter in real time. In addition, by using analog closed loop fuzzy-PID, the output air pressure can be adjusted to implement constant pressure air supply. The prac- tical operation verifies that the system is highly reliable and stable ; it greatly enhances the level of automation and pressure control accuracy of the air compressor unit and meets the demand on energy saving.
