摘要
针对复杂工业测控环境下PXI测控中心与终端测控模块无线连通的需求,采用接口芯片PCI9054和无线数传收发芯片nRF905,设计了PXI总线工业无线数传卡的硬件方案,并提出了软件驱动框架程序的设计方案。实测结果验证了该数传卡应用于无线PXI测控系统进行互连互通的正确性,以及PXI总线应用于工业无线测控系统中的可行性。
In accordance with the demand of the wireless connection between PXI measurement and control center and terminal measurement and control module under complex industrial environment, the hardware strategy of PXI-bus industrial wireless data transmission card is de- signed by adopting interface chip PCI9054 and wireless data transmission transceiver chip nRF905. The design scheme of the software driving frame program is also proposed. The practical test result indicates that this wireless card is fully satisfied with the intereonneetion in the PXI measurement and control system, and verifies the feasibility of PXI in the industrial measurement and control system.
