摘要
针对目前市场上进口宽幅写真机系统结构复杂、研发和生产成本高昂的特点,提出了基于ARM的宽幅写真机主板控制系统。利用ARM强大的数据处理能力及控制能力,实现对步进电机、伺服电机、USB通信、人机操作、各路传感器信号等宽幅写真机外围设备和通信的精确控制。该系统大大简化了写真机的控制系统,能够满足各项主流技术指标。
At present, the imported wide-format printers are in complex structure and high costs for research and development, thus the ARM- based control system for motherboard of such printer is proposed. Thanks to the powerful data processing and control capability of ARM, precise control of various peripherals and communication of the wide-format printer including step motor, servo motor, USB communication, man machine operation, as well as sensor's signals, can be well implemented. The system greatly simplified the control system of printer and is able to satisfy major technical indexes.
