沥青软化点测定仪的设计

摘要 依据国家标准规定的测试方法,采用电源相控的方式连续调节加热器的加热功率,并配合模糊自整定PID控制算法,设计了一种用于测定沥青软化点的仪表;并在此基础上,设计了低成本和高精度的温度检测单元电路,给出了沥青软化点测试仪的总体构成、设计思想和软件结构。该方案实现简单,控制效果优于传统PID控制,达到了系统设计要求。 In accordance with the state standard for testing methods of softening point of bitumen, a tester has been designed by adopting phase control of power supply to regulate the heating power continiously and combiling the fuzzy self-tuning PID control method. On this basis, the low cost and high precise temperature control unit is designed. The overall composition, design conceptions and software structure of the tester are given. The strategy is in easy implementation and meets the requirements of system design; the control result is better than traditional PID control.
