摘要
研究AB-8大孔树脂对红松子种皮中多酚成分的吸附特性,通过静态吸附及动态吸附试验,确定适合于红松子种皮多酚分离纯化的条件。结果显示,提取物样品液浓度为1.5mg/mL,进样速度为2.0BV/h,以30%乙醇作为洗脱剂,洗脱速度为1.5BV/h,红松子种皮多酚纯度可达70.2%。
By studying the characteristics on adsorbing polyphenol from Pinus koraiensis seed with AB-8 resin, the optimum conditions for separating and purifying polyphenol were obtained. By static adsorption and dynamic adsorption tests to determine the appropriate separation and purification ofpolyphenol from Pinus koraiensis seed. The results showed that the suitable conditions was: sample concentration 1.5 mg / mL, injection rate of 2.0 BV/h, elution rate of 1.5 BV/h. With 30% ethanol as eluting agent, the polyphenol (purity 70.2%) was obtained.
