摘要
目的研究一种辅酶Q10胶囊对小鼠有否缓解疲劳功能。方法40只成年雄性小鼠随机分4组,3个辅酶Q10胶囊组,剂量分别为4.2、42.0、125.0mg/(kg.d),连续给予30d,灌胃量为0.02ml/(g.d);对照组给予同体积溶剂(大豆油)。末次给予30min后,进行负重游泳时间、血清尿素、肝糖原、血乳酸测定,比较各试验组之间的差异。结果125.0mg(kg.d)剂量组能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,减少小鼠游泳时血清尿素的产生,增加肝糖原储备(P<0.05),与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义;对游泳后血乳酸的产生及小鼠体重未见影响(P>0.05)。结论该辅酶Q10胶囊对小鼠具有缓解疲劳功能。
[Objective] To study the effect of CoQ-10 capsule on alleviating fatigue in mice.[Methods]40 adult male mice were randomly divided into four groups,three treament groups were given CoQ-10 capsule at dose of 4.2, 42.0 and 125.0 mg/(kg·d) for 30 days, 0.02 ml/(g·d) by gastric perfusion, and the control group was given iso volume solvent (soybean oil). In 30 min after the last treatment, loaded swimming time, serum urea, liver glycogen and blood bactate were detected, and the different among these groups were compared.[Results]In 125 mg/(kg·d)group, the loaded swimming time was prolonged, serum urea decreased, liver glycogen reserve increased (P0.05), and there were significant differences between 125.0 mg/(kg·d)group and the control group. No significant difference was found in lactic acid level after swimming and weigh of mice (P0.05).[Conclusion] The CoQ-10 capsule can alleviate fatigue in mice.
