金水宝胶囊治疗慢性肾炎的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Jinshuibao Capsule for Chronic Nephritis

目的观察金水宝胶囊对慢性肾炎的治疗作用。方法选择104例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,按1∶1随机分为2组,2组均在常规西药治疗的基础上,试验组加用金水宝胶囊口服治疗;1个月为1疗程,治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果试验组有效率为96.23%,对照组为64.7l%,2组间比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.62,P<0.01)。试验组治疗后在减少24h尿蛋白定量和尿RBC计数方面优于对照组,有统计学差异(均P<0.01)。结论慢性肾炎患者在常规西药治疗的基础上加用金水宝胶囊能明显地增强疗效,促进病人康复。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Jinshuibao capsule for chronic nephritis.[Methods]104 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly and equally divided into two groups. Both of them were given conventional western medicine therapy, and the experiment group was treated with Jinshuibao capsule by oral administration additionally. A course of treatment was one month, and the efficacy was observed after three courses.[Results]The effective rate of the experiment group and the control group was 96.23% and 64.71% respectively, and there was statistical significance between the two groups （χ2=16.62,P0.01）. After treatment, 24 hour urinary protein excretion quantity and urine RBC count of the experiment group improved, which were better than those of the control group significantly （P0.01）.[Conclusion]On the basis of conventional western medicine therapy, additional Jinshuibao capsule can increase effect on the treatment of chronic nephritis and promote rehabilitation.
