自20世纪80年代启动的日本的第三次教师教育改革,采取了积极有效的措施,把教师教育置于终身学习的背景和框架之下,着力于构建教师培养、任用、研修的终身学习体系;日本把教师教育纳入终身学习体系的改革实践,其成功之处值得我们借鉴。

The third Japanese teacher education reform started from the 1980＇s. It has focused on reconstructing teacher life-long learning system for training, appointment and learning by adopting the positive and effective measures to put the teacher education under the background of the life-long learning. We can get some lessons and inspiration from the success of the practice of the third Japan teacher education reform.
