摘要 中小学教师可持续发展的核心是其自身素质,尤其是创造素质的不断发展;其目的是为了更好地适应社会与学生的可持续发展,以及促使教师潜能的最大限度发挥;基本要求是其主体素质持久、全面、和谐、自主的发展。可以说,当前我国中小学教师可持续发展面临着诸如可持续发展意识淡漠、人际交往能力欠缺、运用现代教育技术能力差、教研能力差与教研水平低等许多问题。鉴于此,笔者提出了当前我国中小学教师可持续发展的四点应对策略:1.树立终身自主学习的教育理念,促使现实自我向理想自我转化。2.构建"学习型"学校,努力营造良好的学习文化氛围。3.养成勤于反思的职业品质,不断修正和完善自身的教育实践经验。4.创新人才管理机制,为教师的可持续发展提供良好的政策环境。 For sustainable development of the primary and secondary school teachers, the key is to make the continuous progress of their own qualities, especially their creative abilities ; the aim is to exert teachers' potential to better adapt to our society and promote sustainable development of students ; and the basic requirement is to achieve our teachers' lasting, comprehensive, harmonious and self-oriented development. At present, the sustainable development of our teachers is confronted with many issues, such as the indifferent consciousness of sustainable development, the lack of interpersonal skills, the poor use of modern educational technology and the poor ability of teaching and researching etc. In view of this, the author puts forward four strategies on sustainable development of teachers as follows: a) fostering the idea of life-long and self-directed learning to transform their real-self to ideal-self; b) striving to create good learning atmosphere to establish learning-based schools; c) developing the professional qualities in frequent thinking and reflection to improve the teaching practical experiences; d) making innovations in talent management system to provide a good policy environment for sustainable development of our teachers.
