销售金额作为生产、销售伪劣产品的构成要件,对于其内涵应该做扩大解释,而且应该将生产、销售伪劣产品罪的既遂、未遂在销售金额上的标准一致化,在立法上应进行一定的修改,这样才能对生产销售伪劣产品罪做出更科学、合理的说明。

As the constitution element of producing and selling fake products, sales amount should be explained broadly in the connotation. The accomplished offence and unaccomplished offence of the crime of producing and selling fake products should be uniformized in standards of sales amount, should be changed in legislation ,which could explain this crime scientifically and rationally.
