摘要
环境效应评价能揭示海岸带人类开发活动对环境产生的效应(包括累积效应)及其变化趋势,较好地为海岸带资源与环境管理服务。文章以厦门湾为案例,使用指数评价法和趋势分析法进行海岸带人类开发活动的环境化学效应评价,讨论了环境效应与人类开发活动的关系,使用数值模拟法进行环境物理效应评价。结果表明近年来厦门湾水质无机氮和活性磷酸盐增长迅速,海岸工程特别是围填海活动对水动力条件产生的效应最为显著。
Environmental effect assessment aims to find out the environmental effects,including cumulative effect,and trends of development in coastal areas. Taking Xiamen Bay as the case study,the index assessing method and the trend analyzing method are used to assess chemical effects and the numerical simulating method is used to assess physical effects on the environment. Results indicated that inorganic nitrogen and active phosphate have been increased rapidly in recent years. Coastal construction,especially reclamation,has been showed to have significant physical effects to the hydrodynamic conditions. The relationships between environmental effects and coastal development were also discussed.
