江苏沿海开发与生态型小城镇建设的战略思考——以江苏省盐城市为例

Strategic Thinking of Jiangsu Coastal Development and Constructions of Small Ecotypic Towns——A Case Study of Jiangsu Yancheng

小城镇建设的生态化与可持续发展是落实科学发展观和推动江苏沿海开发的重要举措。以科学发展观为指导,实地调查了盐城市小城镇发展的现状,结合盐城市统计年鉴数据,提出了建设盐城市生态型小城镇的对策,并以盐城市为例对生态型小城镇建设过程中的机制创新问题提出了自己的思考。

Yancheng is an important coastal city in Jiangsu Province,so how to implement the scientific concept of development,and achieve ecological and sustainable development construction of small towns is an vital measure of promoting Jiangsu coastal development.Under the guide of scientific developing concept,this research used field investigation and analyzed the current situation of the development of small cities and towns in Yancheng;put forward the countermeasure of constructing small ecotypic cities and towns in Yancheng,and thought of the mechanism innovation in the process of constructing small ecotypic cities and towns in Yancheng.
