摘要
目的:对米口袋挥发油进行化学成分的研究,为米口袋的进一步开发和利用提供科学依据。方法:采用柱色谱法从米口袋中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行分析,质谱图用NIST98谱库检索并与标准图谱进行比较,鉴定各种成分,并用色谱峰面积归一法测定其相对百分含量。结果:共分离出137个峰,鉴定了其中80个化学成分,占挥发油总量的79.325%。结论:米口袋挥发油中的主要成分为9,12-(Z,Z)-十八二烯酸乙酯(20.843%)、十六酸乙酯(19.324%)、3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六烯-1-醇(7.016%)、3,7,11,15-四甲基-1-十六烯-3-醇(5.430%)、9,12,15-(Z,Z,Z)-十八三烯酸乙酯(5.078%)等。
Objective:To analyse chemical constituents from essential oil of Herba Violae sue Gueldenstaedtiae,and provide the scientific basis for extent exploitation.Methods:The essential oil was extracted by means of silica gel column chromatography(CC).The chemical constituents from essential oil were identified by GC-MS,their relative contents were determined.Results:137 peaks were separated and 80 chemical constituents constituting 79.325% of essential oil were identified.Conclusion:The major components are 9,12-(Z,Z)-octadecadienoic acid ethyl ester(20.843%),hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester(19.324%),3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-1-ol(7.016%),3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-1-hexadecen3-ol(5.430%),9,12,15-(Z,Z,Z)-octadecatrienoic acid ethyl ester(5.078%),etc.
