HPLC法测定强脉胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

Determination of Tanshinone IIA Content in Qiangmai Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立强脉胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,HypersilODSC18色谱柱(4.6nm×200nm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(75:25),检测波长为270nm,流速1mL/min。结果:丹参酮IIA的线性范围为0.036μg～0.216μg(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.92%,RSD为1.91%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确,可作为强脉胶囊的质量检测方法。

Objective：To establish a method for determining the content of tanshinone II A in Qiangmai capsule. Method： HPLC was performed on Hypersil O DS C ls column（4.6 nm×200 nm,5 μm）with methanol-water（75：25）as mobile phase, flow rate was at 1 mL/min and detection wavelength was set 270 nm. Result：The liner range of tanshinone ⅡA was 0.036 μg-0.216 μg（r=-0.999 7）, the average recovery rate was 99.92%, RSD was 1.91% （n=6）. Conclution：The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Qiangmai capsule.
