VEGF-Notch/Delta级联信号通路对脑缺血后血管新生的影响 被引量:1

摘要 血管新生在脑缺血组织中具有重要的神经保护作用,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)可促进血管新生,而由其激活的Notch/Delta信号通路可负反馈抑制血管新生,二者共同精确调节血管的生成。
