我国农村最低生活保障制度运行中的公正问题透析

Studies on Justice of China's Rural Minimum Living Security System in Its Operation

农村最低生活保障制度作为公正的制度化形式,是社会实现公正的一种制度安排。本文在对山西Y地区农村"低保"制度运行情况调查的基础上,以农村低保制度的运行为载体,分析其中存在的不公正现象及其成因,从而以社会公正为理念,对积极推进农村社会公正机制进行有益探索。

The rural minimum living security system,as an institutionalized form of justice,is a kind of system agreement to achieve social justice. In this paper,on the basis of empirical investigation of Shanxi Y rural minimal living security system,the author analyzes its social injustice and causes. And on the perspective of social justice,the author explores the mechanisms to actively promote rural social justice.
