摘要
陶粒混凝土是一种很好的建筑材料,采用海洋疏浚泥陶粒后,消耗大量海洋工程建设中的固体废弃物,节约陆地粘土和页岩资源,应用前景更加广阔。混合骨料(MA)混凝土兼有陶粒混凝土和普通混凝土的优点。通过大量试验,研究海洋疏浚泥陶粒MA混凝土的陶石比对力学性能的影响,研究结果表明,陶石比为1∶1时,陶粒混凝土具有较好的抗压强度和抗折强度。同时针对新拌混凝土振捣时间对力学强度的影响进行研究,结果表明振捣时间最佳为15 s。
It is good material for haydite concrete which can be made full use of to reduce much solid waste in ocean engineering and economize clay and shale resource on land. This material has a good perspective. Mixed aggregate(MA) concrete contains the advantages of both haydite concrete and common concrete. Based on a great deal of experiments, this paper studies the influence of proportion of haydite and detritus on mechanical property. The result indicates the best proportion is 1/1. Concrete will own highly compressive strength and flexural strength. On the other hand, this paper also studies the influence of disturbed time of fresh concrete upon mechanical properties. The result shows the best time is 15 seconds. This paper can give the proportion design of sea dredged mud haydite MA concrete and the research of construction technology a offter.
