Ⅲ级以下心脏收缩期杂音的超声诊断评价

Diagnostic value of Doppler echocardiography for cardiac systolic murmurs below level Ⅲ

目的探讨多普勒超声心动图判定Ⅲ级以下心脏杂音性质的价值。方法分析107例临床听诊有Ⅲ级以下心脏杂音的超声资料。结果107例受检者中,多普勒超声心动图显示心脏结构未见异常者78例,心内结构异常者29例,其中左室假腱索12例,主动脉瓣、二尖瓣钙化6例,轻度二尖瓣叶脱垂3例,房间隔缺损4例,法洛氏四联症和肺动脉狭窄扩张术后各1例,二尖瓣和主动脉瓣换瓣术后各1例。结论多普勒超声心动图可明确Ⅲ级以下杂音的形成原因,为临床诊断提供指导意义。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiac murmurs below level Ⅲ.Methods The echocardiographic features of patients with cardiac systolic murmurs below level Ⅲ were respectively analyzed.Results Doppler echocardiography results showed that 78 of 107 cases had the normal cardiac structure,29 of 107 cases had the abnormal cardiac structure of the clients,including 12 cases of left ventricular false tendons cords,6 cases of calcification of aortic valve and mitral valve,3 cases of mild leaflet prolapse of mitral valve,4 cases of atrial septal defect,1 case of trilogy of fallot after operation,1 case after the pulmonary artery stenosis expansion operation,1 case after mitral valve replacement,and 1 case after aortic valve replacement.Conclusion Doppler echocardiography can provide a definite diagnosis in evaluation of cardiac systolic murmurs below level Ⅲ of unknown cause,and it is of significant reference value in the clinical diagnosis.
