林业经济合作组织发展的理性思考——基于安徽省宁国市的调查

A Study on Development of Forestry Economic Cooperation Organization——A Case Study of Ningguo,Anhui Province

对安徽省宁国市林业经济合作组织的调查并结合经济学理论进行分析,指出在新农村建设中,林业合经济作组织作为林业市场化的制度需求,在提高林农收益、保障林业生态效益和社会效益等方面发挥着重要的作用。但由于林地流转不足等原因,使得需求意愿和实际需求存在差异,因此,政府应适当加强扶持的力度,为其创造良好的发展条件。

Combining the investigation at Ningguo,Anhui Pronvince with economic theory,the paper points out that due to the demand of forestry market system,the forestry economic cooperation organization plays an important role in improving household＇s benefits,ensuring the ecologic benefits and social benefits of forestry.But because of the lack of forestry land circulation,there is some discrepancy between the demand will and the actual demand.Thus,the government should make efforts to support the further development of forestry economic cooperation organization.
