压缩角对双腔微管挤出流动均匀性的数值模拟与分析 被引量:10

摘要 首先针对聚合物PP进行了流变实验,测得相应的性能参数,接着利用挤出数值模拟专用分析软件POLYFLOW,分析挤出流道结构参数中压缩角对双腔微管流动均匀性的影响,获得了相应的挤出速度分布场。数值模拟结果表明压缩角对挤出速度和均匀性有较大影响。 The rheological experiments are finished with Polypropylene (PP) in order to get the corresponding parameters. Then, with the help of the extrusion-specific analysis software-POLYFLOW, the effects of compression angle which is one of the extrusion structural parameters on the dual-chamber micro-tube flow uniformity is analyzed, and the corresponding extrusion velocity distribution fields are achieved. Numerical simulation results show that the compression angle has considerable influence on the extrusion speed and uniformity.
