热处理温度对铝矾土-棕刚玉喷涂耐火材料性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以铝矾土、棕刚玉为主要原料,以铝酸钙水泥为结合系统,研究了热处理温度对铝矾土-棕刚玉喷涂料耐火材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高,铝矾土-棕刚玉喷涂耐火材料的体积密度减小,线收缩率先增大后减小再增大,抗折强度和耐压强度先减小后增大,热膨胀系数则先减小后增大再减小。 The sprayed refractory consists mainly of bauxite,brown fused alumina and calcium aluminate as a martix. The effect of heat treatment temperature on the properties of this refractory was investigated. The results show that with the elevation of heat treatment temperature, the bulk density will reduce, the linear shrinkage will first increase, then reduce and once again increase, the rupture strength and the cold crushing strength will first reduce and then increase, and the thermal expansion coefficient will first decrease, then increase and once again reduce for the sprayed refractory of bauxite and brown fused alumina.
