南洞庭湖区退田还湖移民工程的实施效益 被引量:1

摘要 以南洞庭湖区为研究区域,选取益阳市5县(市、区)的14个堤垸为研究单元,基于压力-状态-响应模型框架建立指标体系,对退田还湖移民工程实施效益进行了综合评价,并就其空间分布作了深层次的探讨。结果表明,各堤垸工程实施效益的总体情况较好,但不同堤垸存在着一定的差异。其中,小洲垸整体实施效益最优(0.7904);再西洲垸整体实施效益较差;其次,从所选堤垸的效益空间分布来看,资阳区最佳,其次是赫山区、沅江市、桃江县和南县,大致呈现出这样的趋势:即距离益阳市中心城区越远,或长株潭城市群辐射范围越远,其工程实施效益越差。 Fourteen polders in 5 counties of Yiyang City located at south of Dongting Lake area were taken as basic study units. The index system based on the pressure-state-response model framework was established and implementary benefits evaluation of lake recovery and population relocation project was carried out comprehensively, then its spatial distribution was discussed. The analysis results show that the overall benefits of polders is good, but there are some differences. Among them, implementary benefit of the Xiaozhou polder is better than others, and Zaixizhou polder's implementary benefita is bad. Next, in terms of spatial distribution of the benefits, Ziyang district is best, then Heshan district, Yuanjiang City, Taojiang Counly and Nanxian County are followed by, The farther the distances which is between the polders and the Yiyang City proper or the affected area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urbangroup, the worse its benefits.
