摘要
通过调查强台风场典型滑坡灾害,分析气象、水文地质背景条件,研究了浙江东部台风诱发滑坡灾害的形成机理。台风期间的强降雨、构造变形带的应力集中、微地形地貌与岩性以及人类不合理工程活动等自然因素与人为因素的综合叠加,相互耦合,激化和放大了滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害的毁损效应。通过研究,提出了相应的应对措施。
Mecanism of typhoon-induced landslide hazards was studied by investigating typical and analyzing meteorological, hydrological and geological background condition. The integrated landslide disasters superposition and mutual coupling between artificial and natural factors, such as the heavy rainfall, the stress concentration in tectinic deformation belt, the micro topography/land form, the rock properties and the human unreasonable engineering activities, intensify the destructive effect of landslide and debris flow. Based on the study the countermeasures against the landslide hazard are presented.
