摘要
养成教育是在思想政治教育的基础上,通过多种手段指导和训练个体使其形成良好的行为习惯教育。针对高职学生在个人基础、培养目标、就业定位等方面的特点,对高职学生进行养成教育要有准确着力点。
formative education, based on ideological and political education, aims to foster a man＇ s better manners through various measures. We should find the proper direction to carry out the formative education according to the different characteristics of different students such as individual situation, target of training, and employment perspective.
