On the Teaching Reform of E-skills Training

结合《电子技能实训》的课程改革,探索行为导向教学法与四阶段教学法在《电子技能实训》课程中的综合应用,提高课堂的教学效率,培养学生的职业工作能力,对高校的职业教育起到一个示范性的作用。

Based on the reform of E - skills Training, this article analyses the usage of Action - oriented teaching and four - phase teaching in this course. In this way the efficiency of classes are improved and the students professional skills are cultivated, which can be seen as a model in vocational colleges.
