诊所式法律教育在普通高等院校的引入已取得了良好的教学效果与社会效果,而在高职法律教育中却鲜有问津。因此,结合高职法律专业学生的就业导向,探讨诊所式法律教育在高职法律教育实践环节中的借鉴很有必要。

Clinical Legal Education has reached satisfactory effect in universities, while in higher vocational colleges, this is an empty. It is therefore quite necessary that we apply this course system together with the employment of law students, thus carrying out the practice of legal education in higher vocational colleges.
