摘要 目的:建立大鼠长间隔连续部分肝切除-肝再生模型。方法:所有大鼠分为A、B两组,A组大鼠称其体重后处死,取其肝脏并称肝湿重,计算肝湿重/体重。B组(0-7-14-21d)长间隔连续切除大鼠肝左外叶、中叶、右叶,21天后称其体重后处死,取其肝脏并称肝湿重,计算肝湿重/体重。应用SPSS 13.0软件,采用t检验,P<0.05为差别有统计学意义。结果:B组大鼠21天后肝脏再生明显,失去原肝形态,肝叶较饱满,颜色鲜红,质地较韧。应用SPSS 13.0软件,采用t检验,P>0.05,差异不显著,无统计学意义。结论:为研究多次再生后的新生肝组织的功能是否恢复到正常肝功能范围内及肝脏的再生是结构性再生还是功能性再生建立模型。 Objective: Building a model for rats long interval successive partial bepatectomy- liver regeneration. Methods: All the rats are di- vided into two groups of type A, B, rats of A group are died after weighing their weight, taking their liver and weighing liver wet weight, calculation of liver wet weight/weight. (0 - 7 - 14 - 21d)Rats of B group are resected rat liver left lateral lobe, mid - lobe, right lobe for long interval successive partial bepatectomy,and to be died after weighing their weight for 21 days later, taking their liver and weighing liver wet weight,calculation of liver wet weight/weight. Application of SPSS 13.0 software, Using t - test, P 〉 0.05, no statistical significance, P 〈 0.05, having statistical sigeifw^ance. Results: Liver re- generation of rats of B group rats are very apparent after 21 days, losing their original form of liver, livers are fuller, bright red, tougher. Application of SPSS 13.0 software, Using t- test, P 〉 0.05,no significant difference,no statistical significance.Conclusion: Building a model for the new study that liver function is or not to restore the normal ranges after many regenerations, and the regeneration is a structural regeneration, or a functional regenera- tion.
