摘要 目的:观察脑外伤分型与细胞免疫功能之间的关系。方法:89例不同分型(根据格拉斯哥昏迷评分,Gcs)脑外伤患者急性期接受了细胞免疫功能指标(cD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CDs)检测。结果:中、重型脑外伤组(Gcs评分≤12分,34例)患者入院后第1天和第7天cIh、CD4、CD,/CDs浓度均明显低于轻型组(Gcs评分13—15分,55例),两组患者第7天CD3、cD4和中、重型脑外伤组CD4/CD8均明显高于第l天检测结果(P均〈0.01-.05)。结论:中、重型脑外伤患者早期细胞免疫功能受抑制明显。 Objective: To observe the changes of indexes for cellular immune function in patients with brain injury of different differentiation types at acute period. Mellleds: The indexes (CD3, CD4, CDs, CD4/CDs) of cellu/ar immune function were detected in 89 patients with brain injury of different differentiation types [according to Glasgow coma score (GCS)] at acute period. Remdits: The concentrations of CD3 and CD4 and CD4/CDs at the 1st and the 7th days in the patients with cranial injury of the middle to severe brain injury group (GCS≤ 12, n = 34) were obviously lower than those in the mild brain injury group ( 13 ≤ GCS≤ 15, n = 55). The concentrations of CD3 and CD4 at the 7th day were obviously higher than those at the 1st day in both groups ( P 〈 O. 01 to 0.05). The CD4/CD8 at the 7th day was obviously higher than that at the 1st day in the middle to severe brain injury group ( P 〈 0.01 to 0.05) Conclusion: The cellular immune function is obviously inhibited in patients with middle to severe brain injury at early period.
