摘要
目的：探讨炒菜菔子对氯氮平所致便秘的疗效。方法：用炒莱菔子60～80g治疗氯氮平所致便秘39例。结果：治愈29例，好转6例，无效4例，总有效率89．7％。结论：单用炒莱菔子治疗氯氮平所致便秘有较好疗效，且服用方便、经济，患者易于接受。
Objective： Fried Radish Seed on the efficacy of Clozapine induced constipation .Methods： Fried Radish Seed 60 - 80g treatment of 39 cases of constipation caused by clozapine. Results： Cured 29 cases, improvement in 6 cases, 4 cases, the total effective rate 89.7 %. Conclusion： Sin- gle- Fried Radish Seed treatment with Clozapine has good curative effect caused by constipation,and taking the easy, economical, easily accepted by patients.
