摘要 在主管与支管相贯处设置肋板是提高圆钢管节点极限承载力的一种方法。本文采用有限元方法,通过对65个加强与未加强的T节点进行模拟和分析,研究了矩形肋板对节点的静力强度的影响。通过对矩形肋板的参数研究发现:在矩形肋板的长度、高度和厚度取值合适的情况下,矩形肋板能够有效地提高节点的承载力,同时给出了矩形肋板几何尺寸选取的建议。最后通过调查研究矩形肋板应力分布情况对矩形肋板进行了优化。研究发现将矩形肋板的一角按照一定的尺寸切割掉,加强节点的承载力基本不变,在实际工程中可采用将矩形肋板一角切掉的新肋板形式。 One of the measures to enhance the strength of tubular joint is placing the stiffener on the outer surface of the joint.For studying the influence of the rectangular stiffener to the static strength of the joint,overall 65 T-joints with or without reinforcement are modeled and analyzed using the finite element method.Based on the parametric study,it can be concluded that the ultimate strength of a tubular joint increases remarkably when the length,the height and the thickness of stiffeners are in a range of certain values,and also the suggestion that chose the geometry of the rectangular stiffener is given.Finally,through investigating the stress distribution of the rectangular stiffener,the stiffener shape is optimized.It is found that the load-bearing capacity of the strengthened T-joint basically unchanged as the rectangular stiffener is cut one corner off to a certain value,and the new shape stiffener can be adopt in the actual project.
