金融危机严重影响中国产品的出口,必须把扩大内需作为保增长的根本途径。扩大内需的重点应放在扩大农村居民的消费上;要扩大农村消费,关键是要提高农民的收入。进城务工已成为农民增收的重要来源,然而农民工工资水平普遍偏低是一个不争的事实。农民工工资收入低,导致农民购买力低下,严重影响国内消费需求。必须采取相应措施增加农民工工资收入,提高农民的购买力,这对于启动农村消费、促进经济增长具有重大的现实意义。

Financial crisis has seriously affected China export product and our economic growth, the paper states that the basic approach is to expand domestic demand. The key point of expanding domestic demand is to enlarge farmers consumer demand, and the key to accomplish it is to increase the income of the farmers. Large quantities of rural migrant workers in cities have become an important source of increasing farmers＇ income. However, the fact that the their wage level is low has been beyond dispute, rural migrant workers＇ lower wage will lead to their low purchasing ability, and seriously affect the domestic demand. We must take corresponding measures to improve their salaries and increase their purchase ability. It is of great realistic significance in starting the rural consumption and promoting economic growth.
