从生态位理论看广播电视大学的定位

Positioning of RTVU in Light of the Niche Theory

广播电视大学虽然取得了巨大成就,但由于缺乏准确定位导致发展过程中出现许多问题。本文从生态位理论角度,分析了电大的内外生态位,并运用生态位理论提出了电大定位应考虑电大的职能定位、发展目标定位、办学理念定位、人才培养层次和类型定位、办学系统定位和教学定位。

It is true that great advances have been made in the RTVU education, but many problems still remain in the development because of the lack of positioning. The article attempts to look into the internal and external niche factors from the perspective of niche theory. Finally, by applying the theory, the author proposes positioning strategies in regards to its functions, development goals, philosophy, levels and types of education, management and teaching system, etc.
