摘要
基于modeFRONTIER和MADYMO 2种优化软件,以汽车侧面碰撞时驾驶员胸部伤害指标最小、盆骨侧向加速度控制在合理范围内为优化目标,建立汽车内饰结构和缓冲泡沫的仿真模型,对汽车驾驶员侧车门内部侧面缓冲泡沫的刚度匹配进行优化。优化结果显示:合理匹配该缓冲泡沫的刚度,可以明显减小汽车侧面碰撞对驾驶员的伤害。
Based on the optimization softwares of mode FRONTIER and MADYMO,the emulation model of vehicle inside decoration structure and foam pads has been set up,with the minimum of the driver′s thorax injury index and optimal driver′s pelvis lateral acceleration in reasonal range as its goal.The stiffness of foam pads for the driver has been optimized for the purpose of matching.The result shows that correct stiffness match of door foam pads reduce injury of driver.
