摘要
针对目前智能交通评价系统存在的问题,从系统目标的角度建立了智能交通评价指标体系,改进了以往有效区分决策单元DEA方法计算量大、过程复杂的不足,提出了重构DEA模型,对有效决策单元进行再评价,在方法更加简单易行的情况下实现了被评价单元的全排序。并且在此基础上建立了评价指标与评价方法之间的对应关系,并列举实例进行评价、分析,对评价目标的优化改进提出了建议。
In view of present problems of ITS evaluation,evaluation index system from the aspect of target is established,and traditional DEA model for effectively distinguishing dmus which has a large amount of calculation and complex process is improved.Meanwhile reconfiguration and optimal reconfiguration models are determined to revalue the effective dmus and the total ordering of dmus is realized more simply.Then based on the corresponding relation between evaluation index and models,examples are analyzed,and some improvement suggestions are proposed.
