奇正消痛贴膏治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效及成本分析

Cost-effectiveness analysis on Qizhengxiaotong plaster combined with traction and physiotherapy for neck type of cervical spondylosis

目的对奇正消痛贴膏结合牵引理疗治疗颈型颈椎病进行疗效和成本分析,与单纯的牵引理疗进行比较,并探讨其成本效果。方法采用流行病学实验研究的方法,选择130例颈型颈椎病患者分别接受奇正消痛贴膏贴敷和牵引理疗(治疗组)与单纯的牵引理疗(对照组),记录疗效和治疗的相关费用,计算并比较2组的成本效果。结果2组的成本效果比(C/E)分别为796.8和875.4,在达到相同的愈显率时,治疗组比对照组节省78.6元,费用仅为对照组的91%;以对照组为基准,增量成本效果比(C/E)为468.1,治疗组每增加1%的愈显率仅比对照组多用4.68元,2组的成本效果相对于医疗价格稳定。结论奇正消痛贴膏结合牵引理疗治疗颈型颈椎病在疗效、治疗成本等方面均令人满意,其在临床上推广应用将获得良好的成本效果。

Objective To compare the cost-effectiveness of two neck type of cervical spondylosis therapy regimens, Qizhengxiaotong plaster combined with traction and physiotherapy and single traction physiotherapy in the treatment program of neck type of cervical spondylosis.Metbods We conducted a cost-effectiveness analysis based on epidemiology. 130 cases neck type of cervical spondylosis patients were enrolled to receive different rehabilitation therapy： Qizhengxiaotong plaster combined with traction and physiotherapy （Group A） or single traction physiotherapy （Group B）.Effect,medieal expenses,and adverse drug reactions were observed and recorded for 21 days, And then cost-effectiveness ratio of the two grous and incremental ratio were calculated. We considered a 30% medical expenses price fluctuating load to make the sensitivity analys. Results 130 cases were enrolled with 65 cases in group A and 65 cases in group B.The cost-effectiveness ratios were 796.8 and 875.4 for Group A and B respectively while the incremental cost-effectiveness of Group B vs Group A was 468.1. The results were insensitive to variation in the costs of medical expenses over clinically reasonable ranges.Conclusion Qizhengxiaotong plaster combined with traction and physiotherapy appeared to be relatively effective when compared to single traction physiotherapy for the treatment of neck type of cervical spondylosis.
