局部放疗联合帕米膦酸二钠治疗骨转移癌痛

Local radiotherapy combined Phosphonic acid in treating the pains of bone metastases

目的探讨局部放疗联合帕米膦酸二钠(博宁)对骨转移癌患者的镇痛效果。方法32例骨转移癌患者,局部放疗,DT总量3000cGy/10f/2W,给予帕米膦酸二钠60mg加入生理盐水500mL中,持续4h静脉滴注,d1～2,每4周为1周期;用药2周期后评价疗效。结果32例患者中,疼痛完全缓解(CR)23例,部分缓解(PR)5例,无缓解(NR)4例,总有效率为87.5%(28/32)。毒副反应主要是发热、肌肉疼痛、恶心、呕吐等,经对症处理后恢复。结论局部放疗联合帕米膦酸二钠对骨转移癌患者镇痛效果较好,且毒副反应可耐受。

Objective To discuss local radiotherapy combined phosphonic acid sodium in treating the pains of bone metastases of cancer.Methods 32 cases of cancer patients with bone metastases, received local radiotherapy, DT 3000cGy 10f/d in 2 weeks, phosphonie acid sodium 60 mg join 500ml physiological saline, continuous 4h intravenous drip, d1- 2,every 4 weeks for 1 cycle, Use 2 cycle therapeutic evaluation.Results In 32 patients, 23 cases got pain relief （CR）, 5 cases got PR, 4 cases got no relief （NR）, the total effective rate was 87.5% （28/32）, Mainly adverse reaction were fever, muscle pain, nausea, vomiting after cure.Conclusion Local radiotherapy combined phosphonic acid sodium （Po） had good effect on pains in bone cancer patients and adverse reaction could be tolerated.
