高压氧治疗中青年突发性耳聋的疗效研究

The efficacy investigation of hyperbaric oxygen in Gen-Xers sudden deafness

目的通过研究中青年突发性耳聋患者结合高压氧治疗的疗效,探讨高压氧治疗在中青年突发性耳聋患者治疗中的临床价值。方法按听力损失程度将试验对象分为4组,分别予以单纯药物治疗和结合高压氧治疗,并对疗效(即痊愈率、显效率、有效率、无效率)进行评估。结果结合高压氧治疗患者的痊愈率和有效率均大于单纯性药物治疗的患者,而患者听力损失越小,治疗的效果越好。结论治疗中青年突发性耳聋,在使用药物的同时给予高压氧治疗对病情的恢复有很重要的作用。

Objective To investigate hyperbaric oxygen efficacy in Gen-Xers sudden deafness, and discuss the clinical value of hyperbaric oxygen.Methords Acoording to degrees of hearing loss, the experimental subjects were divided into four groups, accepted drug and hyperbaric oxygen treatment respectively, meanwhile estimated the curative effect.Results The hyperbaric oxygen efficacy is higher than drug treatment, the lesser of hearing loss, the higher therapeutic effect. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment, which combined drug treatment, plays an important part in treating sudden deafness.
