山东省技术创新与经济发展的协整分析

Co-Integration Analysis Between Technology Innovation and Economy Development in Shandong Province

一个地区的经济发展受该地区技术创新能力的影响,有时这种影响是显著的。本文力图对山东省的技术创新能力与经济发展的关系进行实证研究,提出为促进山东省经济发展提高技术创新能力方面的政策建议。强调应该加大对鼓励技术创新的政策环境支持,指出在技术创新方面应该继续加大对地方财政拨款和专利申请受理量的支持力度,下大力气对重要科技成果的奖励扶持,以使其对山东省经济发展产生显著的推动作用。

Economy development in one area is affected by the capability of technology innovation in this ar- ea, and sometimes this impact is significant. This paper seeks to do empirical study on the relations between tech- nology innovation capability and economy development, and gives advice for promoting Shandong＇ s economy devel- opment and enhancing technology innovation capability. This paper highlights that we should encourage technology innovation＇ s policy environment with great exertion, points out that we should continue to support local financial al- location and the amount of patent＇ s application and accepted in technology innovation aspect and gives more re- wards to important scientific and technological achievements for advancing economy development significantly in Shandong Province.
