摘要
如何有效实施入境流向货物的检验工作一直以来都是检验检疫部门工作的重点,本文从中电通信科技有限责任公司开出百万罚款引致引行政官司事件引入对入境货物检验检疫报检方式进行介绍并提出如何加强入境货物流向报检、异地报检施检的管理。
How to implement the inspection work of entry goods flow effectively has always been a focused job for inspection and quarantine authorities. The paper starts from a fine of one million RMB for CECT Technology Co. , Ltd. and the related administrative lawsuit, and it further introduces the methods of entry goods inspection and quarantine. In addition, the paper proposes solutions to the management over the inspection on entry goods flows and off- site inspection and reviews.
