With the rapid development of computer and information technology, it is getting more and more popular to use computer in classroom teaching. Therefore, multimedia courseware is widely used in teaching. This thesis elaborates the regulations in producing multimedia courseware, analyzes a couple of common producing tools and sums up the general procedure of producing multimedia.
