摘要
从科技期刊所具有的商品基本属性、作为商品的特殊性——期刊内在的精神产品范畴的界定开始,陈述科技学术期刊的职能、核心职能,与此相关的学术期刊在社会分工中的地位、责任和权益。廓清学术期刊的一般商品属性,它内在的精神产品范畴的公益文化特殊性特征是正确认识学术期刊的职能——采取何种管理以控制其发展等诸多活动的源头。
Starting from the definitions of the attribute of commodity of academic journals and the intrinsic spiritual product of journals, this thesis elaborates the function, status, responsibility, and obligation of academic journals. Clarifying the academic journals in general merchandise properties, academic journal' s spiritual products category of socio - cultural community feature is the source of a correct understanding of what management of aca- demic journals in order to control their development and many other activities.
