名茶太平猴魁形成的地质背景

GEOLOGICAL SETTING OF THE FORMATION OF THE FAMOUS TEA TAIPING HOUKUI

通过对太平猴魁茶的实地调查,从地学角度分析了太平猴魁茶的地质背景对土壤中元素组合、土壤类型的影响,探讨了地质背景与茶叶主要品质的关系,分析了茶叶优异的品质与地质背景条件的相关性。确定出太平猴魁茶是在特定志留纪康山组长石石英砂岩、粉砂岩、泥岩风化而成红壤土、粗骨土,这些土壤为茶树生长提供了大量的营养物质,特别是有益的微量元素对提高茶叶品质起到了重要作用。

Based on spot investigation of the tea Taiping Houkui,this paper analyzed the effect of geological setting on soil element associations and soil types,discussed the relation of geological setting with major tea qualities,and studied the correlation of superior tea qualities with geological conditions,concluded that the tea Taiping Houkui is grown in red soil and skeleton soil evolved by weathering from specific Silurian Kangshan Formation of feldspar quartz sandstone,siltsone and mudstone.These soils provide a great deal of nutrition for tea to grow,especially the helpful trace elements that play a major role in improving tea quality.
