中医治疗骨坏死的用药规律探析

Exploration on medication regularity in treating osteonecrosis in TCM

探讨中医治疗骨坏死的用药规律,进一步指导临床用药。通过检索近20年治疗本病的处方,进行药物及其配伍规律的分析,用药多以补益药和活血药为主,处方多以补阳还五汤、左归丸及右归饮加减。治疗骨坏死应以补益肝肾、行气活血为治则,以补益药配伍活血药进行加减应用。

This paper investigated the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating of osteonecrosis in order to guide the clinical medication. After reviewing the prescriptions used to treat this disease in the past 20 years and the rule of medication and the herbs compatibility it was found that the herbs with invigorating and activating blood circulation were mainly used and the modified Buyanghuanwu decoction, Zuoguiwan and Youguiyin were the main prescriptions. In treating osteonecrosis we would use medicine with invigorating liver and kidney and activating blood circulation and taking invigorating medicine as the compatible one.
