中药防敏润肌唇膏对皮肤刺激性和致敏性研究

Skin irritation and allergy test of the Anti-anaphylaxis Herbal Lipstick

[目的]考察中药防敏润肌唇膏对皮肤的刺激及致敏作用,并进行安全性评价。[方法]用皮肤刺激及致敏反应评分表评价中药防敏润肌唇膏对皮肤的刺激、致敏反应。[结果]中药防敏润肌唇膏对家兔正常皮肤及破损皮肤的平均刺激分值均﹤0.50分,即家兔单次及多次性涂用此唇膏后完整皮肤及破损皮肤的涂药部位均未见异常改变。在致敏性实验中,中药防敏润肌唇膏对豚鼠未见致敏作用,而阳性药2,4-二硝基氯苯见有极强致敏性。[结论]中药防敏润肌唇膏对家兔皮肤无刺激性,对豚鼠无致敏性,是一种安全性较好的外用制剂。

[Objective] The experiment on the skin irritation and allergy of the Anti-anaphylaxis Herbal Lipstick（AHL） was performed for safety assessment. [Methods] Response table was used to assess the skin irritation and allergy of AHL. [Results] The average reaction values of AHL in normal or injured skin were both lower than 0.50. No irritation reaction occurred in complete skins and damaged skins after applying AHL for one time or many times. The allergic reactions were observed after applied 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene, while not observed after applying AHL. [Conclusion] AHL showed no irritation or allergy effect to skin. The results indicated that the lipstick was effective and safe.
