摘要 [目的]建立有效的控制复方草珊瑚含片质量的方法。[方法]通过高效液相色谱法,SunFireODS色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;流速为每分钟0.8mL;柱温为38℃;检测波长294nm。[结果]原儿茶酸、迷迭香酸、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸线性范围分别为2.508~50.16ng、41.04~820.8ng、18.40~368.0ng。[结论]该法快速、简便、精密度、重复性、稳定性好。 [Objective] To establish the method for simultaneous determination of three phenolic acids in Fnfang Caoshanhu buccal tablets by high performance liquid chromatograph. [Methods] The HPLC analysis was performed on SunFire ODS column by using gradient elution.The mobile phase was consisted of aeetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution;the detection wavelength was 294 nm;the column temperature was maintained at 38 ℃ ;the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min. [Results] Procatechuic acid, Rosmarinic acid, 3-Hydroxy-4- methoxy benzoic acid showed good linearity in the correspondent concentration 2.508-50.16 ng, 41.04-820.8 ng, 18.40~368.0 ng respectively. [Conclusion] The method was accurate, repeatable and simple for analysis of Fufang Caoshanhu buccal tablets.
