摘要
本文应用不定方程的方法给出了计算平方根的最佳算法，并证明了最佳性．最后。
In this paper we have given an optimal algorithm of calculating quadratic root by method of the diophantine equation and have proved it's optimality. Finally, we stated some concrete optimality.
